Joe Tan is a registered Company Auditor with Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore(ACRA) and an accredited tax advisor with SCTP. He is a member of the CPA Australia, Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals as well as Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants of Singapore. He is also a Asean Chartered Professional Accountant. He holds a Master of Practising Accounting from the Monash University. Joe has more than 20 years of accounting, auditing and financial experiences in SME companies, MNC, international firms as well as in Public Service. Joe Tan currently is the member of the PrimeGlobal Asia Pacific Regional Council. Currently he chair the PrimeGlobal Asia Pacific Council.

She is responsible for the clients’ accounts which have outsourced to the Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, She has more than 20 years experience in an US Insurance MNC as a Financial Controller, responsible for all accounting and finance functions for 9 countries in Asia Pacific. She is a Fellow of CPA Australia as well as holding a Master of Business (Accounting) from Monash University. Currently she is a consultant in the finance area to a group which has overseas insurance operations. In addition, she is the chairperson of the Finance Committee of the CHIJ (Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus) Board of Management which oversees 11 CHIJ schools.

These industries include construction, engineering, shipping, associations, churches, clubs, retail, entertainment, information technology, trading & fund management and real estate developers.

Preston Jansz Charles is acting as the company secretary for the clients. He is also a Qualified Individual who is registered with ACRA. Preston started his career in the insurance industry. He was an insurance loss adjuster before moving on to become an insurance broker working in both multinational and local broking firms for more than 20 years. He was a former council member of the Singapore Insurance Brokers Association.

Natalia Ong prior to joining the Firm, she has more than 15 years of audit/tax experience in PwC in Jakarta and a medium sized firm in Singapore. Natalia has experiences in auditing/tax for Public listed companies, multi-national companies (“MNC”) as well as small medium enterprises (“SME”). She handles a portfolio ranging from trading, servicing, manufacturing and construction.

Alexander has 11 years of experience working in Big Four and mid-tier audit firms in Singapore and Malaysia. Throughout his career, he managed assignments in the audits of listed, non-listed companies and multinational companies in various industries. His main areas of focus include retail, fast moving consumer products crypto currencies, property development, fintech, mining, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, Major Payment Services Institution, MAS regulated entities and etc .Alexander graduated from Universiti Utara Malaysia (“UUM”), Malaysia in 2012 with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree. Alexander holds esteemed qualifications from several prominent professional bodies, including:- Public Accountant as approved by ACRA (Singapore regulator)- Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”) – Member of Chartered Accountant of Australia and New Zealand (“CAANZ”) – Member Malaysia Institute of Accountants (“MIA”) – Member of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountant (“MICPA”) Mr. Alexander oversees and guides the audit team, providing technical support and delivering audit services that adhere to Singapore’s Financial Reporting Standards and Auditing Standards.

Dorothy Celis prior to joining the firm, she has more than 15 years of experience performing and managing external and internal audits with Deloitte and Ernst & Young and mid-tier firms in the Philippines, Singapore and Canada. She provided assurance services to both public and private companies in various industries including manufacturing, retail, construction, technology, mining and oil & gas sectors, private equities and charitable organizations.
